Account Deletion Policy

You can request deletion of your UrbanCart account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Visit https://urbancartapp.com/delete-account or email mail@urbancartapp.com from your registered email address. Include your registered mobile number and a short note requesting account deletion.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or anonymize account profile data, saved addresses, device tokens, and support identifiers where possible.

What may be retained

Some order, invoice, payment, payout, fraud prevention, tax, legal, and compliance records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Processing time

Deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days after successful verification.
