By using UrbanCart, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information for registration, ordering, payment, delivery, and support.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide correct mobile number, address, and delivery instructions.
- Review product details, variants, price, delivery charges, discounts, and order total before payment.
- Be available at the selected delivery location and respond to delivery calls when needed.
Vendor responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product, variant, MRP, selling price, stock, shop location, availability, and business details.
- Accept and prepare orders quickly for instant delivery flows.
- Hand over packed items only after pickup OTP/QR verification where applicable.
Delivery partner responsibilities
- Keep profile, documents, bank details, and availability accurate.
- Follow assigned pickup and delivery flow, verify OTPs, and update statuses honestly.
- Handle customer and vendor information confidentially.
Orders, prices, and charges
Product prices, delivery fees, platform/custom charges, coupons, and availability may vary by vendor, zone, distance, order value, and admin settings. Final payable amount is shown before payment.
Suspension and misuse
UrbanCart may restrict accounts, orders, payouts, or access if we detect fraud, misuse, repeated failed payments, false documents, abusive behavior, or violation of marketplace rules.
